Add Google Pay as a payment gateway

Right now paying with our cards often got rejected. We don’t have problems using the same cards with Cloudflare and other services (i.e., aws, gcp, you name it). One thing we realized is using GPay is just easy and works as expected. My assumption is that It’s probably just local banks are more familiar with Google services rather than paying directly with cards to foreign services they never heard of.

It’s probably easier to just implement GPay as a payment gateway and will benefit Gcore customers with similar payment problem rather than asking the customers to contact their banks.
